Policies

Before your appointment

  • Please arrive with no makeup and clean lashes so we can start the service at your scheduled time.

  • IF YOU WEAR CONTACTS PLEASE REMOVE THEM PRIOR TO ANY LASH SERVICE.

Booking Policy

  • Please book all services on my booking site, mellolash.glossgenius.com. If you can't find an available time slot, DM me on Instagram @_mellolash_ or text me at 978-219-4840 so we can figure out a time that works.

Deposit Policy

  • All lash services require a $25 non-refundable deposit. This will go towards the total price of your service.

Late Policy

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. If you don't reschedule you will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Cancellation/ No Show Policy

  • No shows and cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Please try to inform me ahead of time about cancellations so I can accommodate you!

Guest Policy

  • Please don't arrive with any other guests during your service.

Lash Warranty

  • If you lose more than 40% of your lashes within 48 hours please notify me so we can correct the issue.

Refunds

  • I do not offer refunds for services. If you're not satisfied, please contact me so we can find a resolution.

Fills

  • You must have 40% or more lashes to book a fill. If you have less than 40% your appointment will be a full set.

Foreign Fills

  • There is no guarantee that I will be able to work over previous work and results may vary.

During your appointment

  • Lash services can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours. Please be prepared to lay down for a long period of time.
